For facilities and equipment to perform at their full potential and operate safely and stably, it is necessary to make immediate decisions based on an extensive quantity of operating data for their thorough control. Specifically, plant facilities perform processing operations such as transportation, measurement, and synthesis of production-related substances (gas/liquid/solid) under various conditions depending on the type of facility including high or low temperature, high pressure or vacuum, outdoor or clean room, etc. To ensure high quality and safety, it is essential to reliably collect accurate production data and instantly detect signals of abnormalities.

The SANKO Group offers comprehensive maintenance services for measurement and control systems based on its highest calibration technology for all types of measurement maintenance, including temperature, pressure, flow rate, level, and composition, and has proven experiences in various infrastructure facilities (electric power, gas, sewage treatment, etc.) and the pharmaceutical industry as well.

We also provide support from the planning stage of new plant facilities to launching.

During the launching of a new plant facility, we support the installation of the operation monitoring system, calibration of field measurement equipment, loop testing and tuning to confirm system performance, and operator training. We also participate in developing standard test procedures and support smooth launching of operations from planning to evaluation.

In order to provide highly reliable calibration and maintenance services, we have one of the few calibration facilities (standard equipment room) for test measuring instruments in Japan, and have established traceability and its management system by in-house professional calibration engineers.
