The SANKO Group's "monozukuri" (craftsmanship manufacturing) is based on our strength as a total engineering company for instrumentation providing a consistent quality control system from design to manufacturing, performance inspection, and field test operation in the production of control panels, instrumentation racks, to sampling-related units for various facilities. We have a proven expertise in the production of special instrument panels, analysis systems, piping system units, etc.

We have a complete quality control system in place from the planning stage through the design, production, and inspection processes. We can even provide products that can meet strict requirements and quality assurance of facilities from nuclear power plants. Simulation tests (gas control, equipment control, electrical and electronic control), various inspections and adjustments are conducted prior to shipment. After delivery, our engineers will be in charge of providing support for field operation checks and test runs as well.

Our S-joint is a highly airtight joint and valve product developed to accommodate diverse processes of production. Its birth began when we started product development in response to the demand for domestic products due to the increase of plant facilities. We established a specialized department to focus on meeting the needs of customers in this field. With our expertise in instrumentation technology and with the support of user feedback, we were able to come up with a lineup of products to meet a wide range of user needs.

In 1994, our manufacturing plant was the first in the industry in Japan to acquire ISO9001 certification, and we have been thoroughly implementing safe and secure quality control from materials to processing, assembly, testing, and shipping. S-joint has been well received by many users and used in various production facilities.
