In instrumentation engineering, we construct operation monitoring systems (instrumentation systems) in accordance with project requirements based on a thorough understanding of plant facility operations, process characteristics, environmental conditions, and other factors as well.

To this day, we continue to practice technical approaches to instrumentation design, control unit design, installation, assembly, network design, materials, and system integration.

In addition, feasibility studies for each project are also conducted for practical approaches such as local environment, regulations, design standards, construction conditions, material procurement, and transportation methods, which vary in regions and nations.

We provide detailed and excellent instrumentation engineering services by closely communicating with our clients and taking into consideration the optimum balance of functionality, cost, and schedule.

We have extensive experience both in Japan and overseas in a wide range of fields from petroleum refining processes and chemical plants, to power plants and infrastructure-related facilities including new energy, high-precision pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities and various other manufacturing plants, and amusement facilities. We provide engineering services including basic design, procurement, construction, start-up, and maintenance which are suited for each step of the plant facility’s life cycle.

In piping engineering as well, we have tremendous experience in nuclear and thermal power plants and their related facilities. Recently, we have been involved in new industrial gas production facilities, hydrogen energy, and biomass in response to the latest industrial fields for instrumentation-related technology. In construction of plant facilities, we perform on-site construction and start-up processes such as piping routes that optimize operational stability (e.g. earthquake resistance) and maintainability, designing the installation of various valves and measuring instruments with their peripheral equipment.
